      Yes, If you’re looking for a structured meal program I offer this in my nutrition coaching call or through in person or virtual training session packages.

      Be clear with yourself on what your currently struggling with. ex) If you go to the gym 4x a week but struggle with eating enough or too much, nutrition would be your issue and this where I can help you find a solution.

      No. If you are purchasing the virtual program all you need are a few dumbbells, bands, and a mat. If you are purchasing the in-person program I will provide you with access to a gym.

      Unfortunately those are the only two formats I am currently using but in-person sessions might be the best fit for you.

      Yes. You can add your credit card to PayPal or Venmo and pay via those platforms.

      No. I’m here to set realistic and practical goals for you. I will not put you on keto or low carb. I’m all about sustainable weight loss and making sure you lose weight healthy.
