Sacred Reset is one of my final intimate gatherings of the year, intentionally kept small to create a more personal and deeply held experience.

From there, we’ll move into guided breathwork, using the breath to release held emotion, tension, and stagnant energy from the body.

We’ll close with an immersive sound healing experience, allowing the frequencies and vibrations of the bowls and instruments to guide the body into a deeply restful state while integrating everything we’ve moved through.
